Where do I register my product?
Please register your product here.
What is the production date of my device?
Using the serial number of your device, it is easy to determine the production date. The first two digits indicate the production year and the next two digits indicate the production week.
The serial number can be found on the device’s nameplate (a sticker on the device).
Example:
If the serial number starts with 2037, then the device was produced in week 37 of 2020, or between September 7 and 13, 2020.
