AH(D)In the quest for alternative energy sources and maximum efficiency, A.O. Smith has developed an air/water heat pump. This is a heat pump that makes use of the residual heat inside the boiler room, or ventilation air drawn from outside the building.
This air-water heat pump exists in 2 types:
AH: basic version with air intake and air outlet indoors
AHD: version with air intake and air outlet from outside the building

AH 290 basic version with air intake and air outlet indoors - Very high COP: 3,2- Suitable for air temperatures of 0-35°C - Easy and user friendly control - Very silent operation |
AHD 290 with air intake and air outlet from outside the building and defrost function - Very high COP: 3,5- Suitable for air temperatures of -8°C tot 35°C - Easy and user friendly control - Very silent operation |
