First aid medical charity

St. John’s Ambulance is the largest first aid charity in the UK. The Dartford division is stationed in Serena Hall.

Until recently there had been plans to demolish Serena Hall – therefore no refurbishment investments had been made. However, to the relief of the 60 year long occupants, these plans have been cancelled.

In the current climate of legislation preventing C. difficile and MRSA, hygiene is a major issue. In a first aid medical location a supply of hot water is a priority and required for washing down etc.

A.O. Smith has donated an EES 30 electric water heater to St. John’s Ambulance charity. Because of its size, the EES can be installed almost anywhere. It is a Plug and Play installation; simply connect the water and electricity and the EES is ready for use.
